Gartelmann has been appointed as an associate.
Gartelmann has been with the firm for five years. He has worked on
such projects as the restoration of the Verizon Building in downtown
Manhattan and the new communications center for the town of East
Hampton.
Gartelman holds a degree from the New York Institute of Technology The function of higher education was highly debated at the time.
