The ML spokesman in a statement in Srinagar, said that India has yet to fulfil the promise, it made with the people of Kashmir to implement the UN resolutions to resolve the Kashmir dispute, KMS KMS - Knowledge Management System  reported. He said that India had resorted to suppression through placing behind bars most of the pro-liberation leadership in the occupied territory.
