AHT Corporation (Nasdaq: AHTC) announced today that a New York State Supreme Court Justice for the County of Westchester denied the Company's motion to dismiss the September 16, 1998 complaint brought by Bukstel & Halfpenny, Inc. (BHI) and entered a preliminary injunction in substantially the same form and scope of the temporary restraining order (TRO) it entered on October 30, 1998. The Court, however, denied BHI's motion for expedited discovery.

Commenting on the Court's decision, Jon Edelson, MD, Chairman, CEO and President, stated, "We disagree with the Court's denial of our motion to dismiss the BHI action as well as its entry of a preliminary injunction. We believe that BHI's complaint is without merit and we plan to file an appeal. The Court's ruling in no way impacts our customers' ability to choose Dr. Chart(R) as their solution.
