AHT Corporation Announces Agreement for Its Internet-Enabled E-RxNet Prescription Product With Stadt Solutions, LLC.

AHT Corporation (Nasdaq: AHTC) announced today that Stadt Solutions, LLC has licensed AHT's Internet-enabled E-RxNet(TM) prescription product.

Stadt Solutions, based in Franklin, TN and formed in mid-1998, supplies medications to individuals with mental illness from 15 pharmacy fulfillment centers across the United States. It currently serves approximately 10,000 patients and expects to add 20,000 new patients as three more fulfillment facilities are opened in the second half of this year.
