AHI Healthcare Systems Inc. names new chief financial officer.


DOWNEY, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 13, 1995--AHI Healthcare Systems Inc., a developer and operator of integrated managed health care delivery systems, Thursday announced the appointment of H.R. Brereton Barlow as chief financial officer.

The appointment, which concludes a six-month executive search, became effective July 10.

Barlow will hold responsibility for all financial management, financial reporting and treasury functions. Reporting to Barlow will be Loren Miner, vice president, finance and administration, who is responsible for all finance, accounting, human resources The fancy word for "people."
