) announces additional revenues of $8,000,000 from newly culminated pharmaceutical services contract. This will equate to approximately $1,400,000 or $0.16 per share in positive net income over the next fiscal year.

American Healthcare Providers has executed an exclusive services agreement with a group of medical centers in the Metropolitan New York New York, state, United States
New York, Middle Atlantic state of the United States. It is bordered by Vermont, Massachusetts, Connecticut, and the Atlantic Ocean (E), New Jersey and Pennsylvania (S), Lakes Erie and Ontario and the Canadian province of
 area. Under this agreement, AHEA will supply and dispense medications to nearly 14,500 patients including 3,500 home care patients. AHEA will soon begin negotiations with other medical centers in New York, and states in which laws permit the rendering of this service.
