AGRIS Corporation. (Marketing People).

AGRIS Corporation, Roswell, Ga., names Ron Leiker as president. Previously, Leiker had been serving as AGRIS's chief operating officer. As president, Leiker succeeds Tom Taylor, who is pursuing other opportunities after nearly 10 years of service. Leiker's association with AGRIS began in December 1992 when he and Taylor founded its hardware department. In 1996, AGRIS relocated its support center to Hutchinson, Kan., and Leiker became responsible for the Hutchinson operations in August 1997. He was promoted to executive vice president of client services in January 1998, and then was named chief operating officer in August 1999.
