Under this partnership, AGREX will acquire 22.5% of the outstanding shares of CRONOVA through share transfers and private placement. Accordingly, the two companies will jointly promote clinical trial outsourcing services. In particular, they will collaborate on CRO, clinical data management (CDM 1. CDM - Content Data Model
