Fins' chef-owner Moaz Megji has taken over the former Tony Roma's at 30105 Agoura Road, Agoura, and is remodeling it now with plans to open in late July or early August.

``There'll be entertainment nightly,'' said Megji, ``with a piano bar on weeknights, and trios and the like on weekends.''

The kitchen will be supervised by Fins executive chef Roberto Leyva, said Megji.

He said the price range would be approximately $6 to $12 for appetizers, $12 to $24 for entrees and $6 each for desserts.
