The meeting will be held at the company's new headquarters at Ten Peachtree Place, Atlanta, Georgia.

The meeting, including a presentation by Paula Rosput, Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer, will be webcast on the company's website at www.aglresources.com. The webcast will be archived on the site for one week following the meeting.
