AGL Resources Inc. (NYSE: ATG) will host its 2003 Annual Meeting of Shareholders at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, April 16, 2003.

The meeting will be held at the company's new headquarters at Ten Peachtree Place, Atlanta, Georgia.
