AGL Resources Board of Directors Declares Quarterly Dividend.ATLANTA -- The Board of Directors of AGL Resources Inc. (NYSE: ATG) today declared a quarterly dividend of $0.37 per share on the company's common stock. The dividend will be paid Sept. 1, 2006 to shareholders of record at the close of business on Aug. 18, 2006. This marks the 235th consecutive quarterly dividend the company has paid since 1948.
