The sides spoke at length last week and will do so again during the winter meetings. If Park fits into the Dodgers' price range, which is a four-year deal worth $13 million to $14 million a season, a deal could be made, sources said.

A deal also would likely have to offer Park less money in the first year with possible deferrals, several baseball officials said.
