AGENCY.COM and Spiral Media Merge, Strengthening Leadership in the Interactive Industry; International firm keeps growing with third merger in three weeks.


NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 4, 1998--AGENCY.COM (1) (Computer Output Microfilm) Creating microfilm or microfiche from the computer. A COM machine receives print-image output from the computer either online or via tape or disk and creates a film image of each page.  announced today that it has taken a 100% ownership stake in and merged with Spiral Media, the New York-based Internet and digital media communications company Communications Company is a communications unit of the United States Marine Corps.
