Swanson Russell Associates, Lincoln, Neb., promotes Brian Boesche to executive creative director, Dave Hansen to managing director of the Lincoln office and Wes Neuhaus to managing director of the Omaha office. Boesche was previously creative director. Hansen has been director of account services for the Lincoln office. Neuhaus was general manager of the Omaha office. Additionally, the following employees of Swanson Russell have received the title of vice president: Mike Babel, manager of finance; Joe Maguire, associate creative director; Jim Matya, account supervisor; Carolynn Reed, manager of human resources; Brent Schott, account supervisor; Kay Wigle, associate media director; and Lyn Wineman, account supervisor. The following vice presidents have been promoted to senior vice president: Jeff Patterson, director of public relations; and David Zemunski, director of media services.

Gibbs & Soell Public Relations, Hoffman Estates, Ill., has elected Luke A. Lambert and Ronald J. Loch senior vice presidents. Lambert heads agency business development and manages several technology and building products accounts in the agency's New York office. Loch manages large agriculture and industrial products accounts in Gibbs & Soell's Chicago office.

Gary Biggar joins Kahntact Marketing Inc., Guelph, Ontario, as agency manager. Biggar has spent nearly two decades in the marketing industry, most recently with MarketForce Communications.

Rhea & Kaiser Marketing Communications, Naperville, Ill., promotes Diane Martin to vice president, management supervisor, from management supervisor and Sarah Mikesell to account supervisor.

McCormick Advertising, Amarillo, Texas, promotes Mark Perrin to president from executive vice president, Kathy Cornett to chairman from president and Mary Coyne to vice president/ Amarillo office general manager from account executive.

Richard F. Dunn Jr., joins Charleston Orwig Inc., Hartland, Wis., as account supervisor in the agricultural accounts group. Previously Dunn was principal of Dunncreek Communications, DeKalb, Ill. He will relocate from DeKalb to Minneapolis/ St. Paul, where he will open the agency's first service office. C/O promotes Jim Retert to director of planning. Retert joined the agency a year and a half ago, after a career at Waukesha Engine Division.

CMF&Z Marketing Communications, Des Moines, Iowa, hires Mary Betts as account coordinator and promotes Jenifer Young to programmer/ direct marketing program manager. Betts was previously an intern for Thomas C. Porter and Associates. Young first joined CMF&Z in 1983 ... The Bridgepoint division of CMF&Z hires Bridget Miller as account manager, Jennie Rambo as warehouse lead and John Roling as project team lead in the programming group. Previously, Miller was assistant manager of marketing communications for Amana Appliances. Rambo was a production team member with Allied Graphics in Cedar Rapids. Roling was a software engineer/ application programer for Intermec.
