AGEA Names Bob Rostohar as CEO; Former Vice President of Vignette Comes Out of Early Retirement to Join Wireless Leader.

AGEA Corporation(tm), the technology leader in real-time mobile decision support solutions for the enterprise, today announced the selection of Bob Rostohar as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer.

Rostohar was Vice President of Strategic Accounts at Vignette, where he helped drive annual revenue growth of over 500%. Rostohar served as a member of the AGEA advisory board for the last six months.

As Vice President of Strategic Accounts at Vignette, Rostohar was intimately involved in bringing on every one of their first 50 customers and developing their professional services and support organization. Rostohar drove sales and service revenues at Vignette from $3 million in 1997, to $16 million in 1998, to $89 million in 1999.
