AGCO Corporation.

AGCO Corporation, Duluth, Ga., announces the resignation of Donald Millard, executive vice president and chief operating officer. Millard will be starting a venture capital and strategic investment business. He has been in his current position since June 2002, and prior to that served as the chief financial officer from October 2000.

The company also announces a new organizational structure designed to improve operating focus and procedural control and to identify and develop candidates for succession requirements. To facilitate this change, James Seaver, previously senior vice president of sales & marketing worldwide, will reduce the focus of his responsibility to senior vice president and general manager, Americas, which would include North America, South America and the East Asia and Pacific regions. In a similar position, the company names Gary Collar as senior vice president and general manager of the Europe, Africa & Mid-East region. Collar previously served as vice president of market development in the Challenger group. Also, Randy Hoffman is named senior vice president and general manager of the Challenger Division, which includes the Challenger brand, Applications Equipment and the Jackson factory. Concurrently, the Application Equipment Division (the sprayer business) was merged into the Challenger Division with Alistair McLelland assuming a new position as vice president, Challenger Business Development, and Richard Rose was named vice president and general manager of the Applications Group.
