AGCO Corporation, Duluth, Ga., promotes Tom Weir to the position of general marketing manager of Valtra Tractors. Weir most recently was national accounts manager for the Southeast and has held several positions within AGCO, including sales engineering, product distribution manager, zone manager and territory manager. Weir has a strong agricultural background, growing up on a farm and starting his career with Massey Ferguson in the late 1970s.
