AGCO Corp. (At Closing People).

The board of directors of AGCO Corp., Duluth, Ga., has indefinitely extended the contract of Robert J. Ratfliff as chairman, president and CEO. Along with this decision came several new assignments including: Donald Millard is appointed to executive vice president and chief operating officer; Andrew Beck is appointed senior vice president of product development; Norm Boyd is named senior vice president of corporate human resources; and Stephen Lupton, senior vice president and general counsel has taken on additional responsibilities of corporate development.

Additional North American management changes include: Alistair McLelland is named vice president of North American sales & marketing; Eric Raby is appointed vice president, North American Massey Ferguson marketing, replacing McLelland; Dennis Heinecke is named vice president of North American sales, replacing Raby; Randy Hoffman, previously vice president of North American sales & marketing, is named vice president and general manager of the Challenger Division; and Gary Collar is named vice president of marketing development, Challenger Division.
