The purchase included the tracked-tractor business. AGCO later added combines, hay equipment, implements, and wheeled tractors. . It will also acquire the MT Series product design and continue marketing the tractors through its and Caterpillar's dealers worldwide, as well as through a selected network of AGCO dealers.
