:AG), a worldwide manufacturer and distributor of agricultural equipment, announced today that it has appointed Debra Kuper as Vice President, General Counsel & Corporate Secretary, effective immediately. Ms. Kuper joined the Company on January 1, 2008.

Ms. Kuper has a broad range of legal experience. She joined AGCO from Caterpillar Inc. in Peoria, Illinois Peoria, Illinois (named after the Peoria tribe) is the largest city on the Illinois River and the county seat of Peoria County,GR6 Illinois, in the United States.
