:AG), a worldwide manufacturer and distributor of agricultural equipment, announced today the 2006 Second Quarter Earnings Release Conference Call is scheduled for Monday, July 31st at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time.

The Company invites investors to listen to the live webcast on the company's website at www.agcocorp.com under the "Investors & Media/Calendar of Events" Section.

The webcast will also be archived for twelve months immediately afterwards.
