Credit union's members gain online access to account information, timely notifications

GLASTONBURY, Conn. -- COWWW Software, a business unit of Open Solutions Inc. and provider of an information archive and delivery system for financial institutions, announced Burbank, Calif.-based AFTRA-SAG Federal Credit Union signed a five-year agreement. The credit union selected the image report and archive solution, as well as its e-Statement and e-Notice solutions to streamline its document-intensive processes and improve member services. Established in 1962, AFTRA-SAG Federal Credit Union serves more than 31,000 members and has approximately $214 million in assets. "Tax time is one prominent example of the efficiencies our members will gain. Additionally, overdraft notices will be e-mailed the same day versus relying on postal mail which results in a delay of two to three days."
