AFSM International Announces 2005 Education Summit Committee and Membership Committee Leadership.

 International), a vendor-neutral, professional membership society, announced today the individuals who will serve during 2005 on the Education Summit Committee and Membership Committee.

The 2005 AFSMI AFSMI - Association for Services Management International Education Summit Committee is as follows: Committee Chair, Frank Atkinson (Director, Field Operations, Unisys); Dennis Gershowitz (General Manager, Alfa Wassermann Was·ser·mann (wäsr-mn, väs Diagnostic Technologies and Vice President, Alfa Wassermann); Ron Licas (Senior Client Services Manager, TELUS Communications); Randy Overturf (Vice President, Customer Service Operations, Integrated Healthcare Systems); John Fiorino (Business Development Manager, Hewlett-Packard); Al Iwasko, Jr. (President, The Iwasko Group); Paula McCarty (Senior Manager, Global Services Marketing and Research, Motorola); Edina Soboleski (President, Interim Service Executives); and Roy Steele (Vice President of Patton Consultants). The AFSMI Education Summit Committee is responsible for the educational content of the Association's annual World Conference--the S-Business Education Summit and Expo.

The 2005 AFSMI Membership Committee is as follows: Chairperson, Carolyn Faehling (Senior Director, Global Network Service, Motorola); Rebekah Falconer (Past Chair and Software and Services Specialist, Diebold); Keith P.
