AFMN, Inc. Changes Name to the Motion Picture Group, Inc.

BROOKLYN, N.Y. -- AFMN, Inc. (Pink Sheets:AFNN), announced today that the Company changed its name to The Motion Picture Group, Inc. (Pink Sheets:MPRG) to better reflect the new focus of the Company.

In November 2005, AFMN, Inc. closed a merger transaction with Medical Media Television, Inc. (OTCBB:MMTV) wherein AFMN, Inc.'s only operating business was sold in exchange for 19,415,626 shares of MMTV common stock which shares are being held in trust pending further distribution on a one-for-one basis.

On January 31, 2006, shareholders holding a majority of the outstanding shares of the Company voted to (i) change the company's name from AFMN, Inc. to The Motion Picture Group, Inc., (ii) change the Company's state of incorporation from AFMN, Inc. to The Motion Picture Group, Inc., (iii) approve new Bylaws, (iv) elect Henri Kessler, Pliny Porter, and Scott Franklin as new members of the Board of Directors, (iv) and approve a 1:20 reverse split of the Company's issued and outstanding shares of common stock with an effective date of February 23, 2006.

With the opening of trading today, the reverse split will be effective and the new trading symbol will be MPRG. Shareholders are not required to submit their current stock certificates for reissuance.

The Motion Picture Group, Inc. ("TMPG") is a media company created by founders Henri Kessler, Scott Franklin, and Pliny Porter to meet the needs of the international entertainment industry. TMPG will finance and produce commercially driven motion pictures for the domestic and international arenas. Collectively, the TMPG management team has produced and/or developed under their tenure over 25 titles that have earned global revenues of over $1 billion.
