AFM Hospitality Corporation Appoints Jacques Omnes To Drive Sales Of Northwest Lodging International.

AFM Hospitality Corporation (TSE:AFM) today announced the appointment of Jacques Omnes to Vice President Sales for its wholly owned subsidiary, Northwest Lodging International (USA) Inc., with U.S. headquarters in Seattle, Washington.

Omnes, who has over 30 years of experience in the hospitality industry, including senior management positions with Coast Hotels, Meridien Hotels, Sheraton and Delta Hotels, will be responsible for sales of Northwest Lodging's managed hotels across the United States. Most recently, Omnes served as Vice President of Franchise Development - Western Region for AFM Hospitality Corporation. In his new role, Omnes will direct all sales activities for Northwest Lodging International.

Northwest Lodging International (USA) Inc. was acquired by AFM Hospitality Corporation in December 2000. Currently, 12 hotels, located primarily in the U.S. Pacific Northwest, totaling nearly 1,500 rooms, are managed by Northwest Lodging.
