AFGHANISTAN - Sept. 30 - Taliban Leader Talks Of War.


In a rare address on the Taliban-run Radio Shariat Radio Shariat (meaning Islamic law) was the ruling Taliban's mouthpiece, broadcasts religious programs and official decrees and announcements. The broadcasts were carried over twenty transmitting towers. It was the foreign media's main source of information from the Taliban. , Mullah Mohammed Omar Noun 1.
