AFGHANISTAN - Dec 14 - Two Taliban Chiefs Arrested.

The security forces arrest two Taliban commanders, including the former personal security chief of Mullah Omar, the fugitive Taliban chief. Toor Mullah Naqibullah and Mullah Qayum Angar were arrested in the southern province of Kandahar, former stronghold of the Taliban regime. Naqibullah was in charge of security for Omar's household and Qayum is believed to have worked as a Taliban commander in the region.
