AFC Realty Capital. (Who's News: Management Personnel).


AFC (1) (Application Foundation Classes) A class library from Microsoft that provides an application framework and graphics, graphical user interface (GUI) and multimedia routines for Java programmers.  Realty Capital announced that Peter M. Berk has joined the firm as principal and president of the hotel financing group.

Berk has 12 years of experience in real estate finance. Prior to joining AFC Realty, he served as director of capital markets with the Sonnenblick-Goldman Company. While there, Berk was responsible for financing transactions valued at more than $2.5 billion.
