Realty Capital announced that Michael H. Sonnabend has been appointed as principal. Sonnabend has 15 years of experience in real estate finance. Prior to joining AFC, he served as senior vice president of Bender & Company. While there, Sonnabend was responsible for investment sales and acquisitions. Sonnabend holds a B.B.A. from George Washington University George Washington University, at Washington, D.C.; coeducational; chartered 1821 as Columbian College (one of the first nonsectarian colleges), opened 1822, became a university in 1873, renamed 1904. and an M.B.A. in real estate and finance from the University of Michigan (body, education) University of Michigan - A large cosmopolitan university in the Midwest USA.
