 SCOOPS UP CTS. AF Group, Sweden, has acquired CTS Engineering Oy, Finland, a pulp and paper engineering consulting firm with 260 employees. The acquisition propels the AF Group's pulp and paper division to being one of the two largest consulting companies for the European forest industry, according to AF. In 2003, CTS reported revenue of EUR 16 million (US$13.5 million).
