 Capital Management, L.P., has closed AEW Value Investors II, L.P., a value-added real estate fund which exceeded its target capitalization with a total of $651 million in equity commitments.

Consistent with AEW's investment philosophy, the fund will combine research-driven strategies with on-the-ground market knowledge and experience to invest in a diversified portfolio of multifamily, office, industrial and retail properties.
