AEW's PolySlicer incorporates a new vision system that provides increased cutting accuracy, volume and yields combined with superb product presentation.

PolyShcer 3000 Vision can be linked to a G 2300 Checkweigher and an IPL Robot that loads sliced product groups onto a Colimatic Thermoformer prior to being forwarded onto a Converger and WPL 8100 Weigh Price Labeler.

Then there's the IBS3000 Vision Bacon Slicer. It produces shingles or stacks of all bacon types at production speeds that processors want but, more importantly, the yields they need--so important with rising raw material costs.

A new, advanced vision system precisely sizes and grades fat/lean to deliver a high percentage of on weight groups. Productivity and yield also benefit from a host of other innovations (patents applied for), not least of which is easy to manage hygiene.
