AETRIUM NAMED TOP OF THE 10 BEST OF TEST & MEASUREMENT COMPANIES

 ST. PAUL, Minn., July 20 /PRNewswire/ -- Aetrium Incorporated today received top honors for the second straight year in the coveted VLSI Research Inc. Customer Satisfaction Survey. VLSI annually names the "Ten Best Award" for test and measurement equipment companies. This award is presented to suppliers who achieve overall excellence in ratings by their customers for semiconductor manufacturing equipment. Aetrium achieved 8.38 out of a possible 10.0, a significant increase over their last years' rating of 8.04. Comparative results between this year and last year indicate improvement in seven of the eight categories rated and top honors in the categories of product performance, technical leadership, process support, software support, service-after-sales and overall commitment, and a tie score for top honors in quality-of- results.
