AES Gener.


AES GENER, a Chilean unit of U.S. energy company AES, issued US$400 million in bonds in international markets as part of the power company's debt restructuring Debt Restructuring

A method used by companies with outstanding debt obligations to alter the terms of the debt agreements in order to achieve some advantage.
