The meeting will be held at the Holiday Inn Convention Center in Springdale, Ark.

The Company will present a Company update to shareholders at 9:00 a.m. to be followed by its annual meeting at 10:30 a.m.

Advanced Environmental Recycling Technologies Inc. manufactures a growing line of low-maintenance composite building products from recycled polyethylene polyethylene (pŏl'ēĕth`əlēn), widely used plastic. It is a polymer of ethylene, CH2=CH2, having the formula (-CH2-CH2-)n  plastic and waste wood fiber.
