Project), Series 2008 were issued by Springdale as "issuer" and Bank of Oklahoma N.A. as "Trustee."

Proceeds from the sale of the Series 2008 Bonds were loaned by the issuer to AERT AERT Advanced Environmental Recycling Technologies, Inc
AERT Animal Emergency Response Team
. The bonds were issued in an aggregate principal amount of $10.6 million, bear interest at 8 percent per year and mature on Dec. 15, 2023.
