AERT Starts Springdale, Arkansas Plant.SPRINGDALE, Ark.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 13, 1997--Advanced Environmental Recycling Technologies, Inc., (Nasdaq:AERTA AERTA Army Environmental User Requirements and Technology Assessments (US Army) ) (Nasdaq:AERTZ) (i.e.:AERT AERT Advanced Environmental Recycling Technologies, Inc AERT Animal Emergency Response Team ) announced today that the Company is starting up its newly installed plastic reclamation line at its Springdale, Ark. facility this week. The facility is designed to produce plastic for use as a raw material feedstock feed·stock n. Raw material required for an industrial process. This new addition also replaces a portion of the internal production lost last year when the Company's initial Rogers, Ark. plastic reclamation facility suffered an extensive fire in December of 1996. The Company has been without its internal plastic reclamation and raw material supply function since that time. The plastic processing function will employ up to 15 people initially and will be phased into three shifts in the immediate future. This will be shortly followed by a painting and finishing operation, a composite extrusion operation, and a moulding and millwork operation, according to according to prep. 1.
