Notes: This amount is calculated by subtracting the following items from gross sales: merchandise returned for credit, allowances for damaged or missing goods, freight for the quarter ended June 30, 2002, were $10.3 million, up $2 million or 24% from the $8.3 million in sales for the quarter ended June 30, 2001. Net income for the quarter increased to $413,391, compared to $69,766 for the same period a year ago, which is an increase of $343,625 or 493%. Positive cash flow available for debt service increased to $1.5 million for the quarter, up from $1.1 million for the same period a year ago. Net unaudited sales for the six months ended June 30, 2002, increased to $19.6 million, up $3.4 million or 21%, over the $16.2 million reported for the six months ended June 30, 2001. Net income for the period increased to $621,834, up from $38,614, a 1,510% increase from the same period in 2001. Cash flow available for debt service increased to $2.8 million for the six months ended June 30, 2002 compared to $2.0 million, up $800,000 or 40%, from the same period in 2001.
