"The acquisition of the adjacent manufacturing site is intended to accommodate a brand new high-output plant, to again double the total production of the Company over the next year. The site and the plans for the 3rd composite plant have also received appropriate zoning approval from the city of Springdale. The company will now combine the two adjoining sites, comprising approximately 28.7 acres and later open up a new access road to Huntsville Huntsville, town, Canada

is in the process of increasing production to service the tremendous demand for our products. Acquiring the plant site, completes another step in our journey, and allows AERT to continue to increase market share. At this point, the only factor limiting our revenue is our production capabilities," stated Joe G. Brooks, Chairman.

Brooks added, "In addition to the construction of a 3rd facility, we have taken a number of steps to increase production in the near future. We have recently added a sixth production line at the Springdale facility that should be operational by the first week of April, and recently completed a comprehensive production upgrade at our existing facilities in Springdale and Junction. Modifications in production equipment and methodology will result in a one time equipment write off during the 4th quarter, yet the changes we have made have already resulted in record sales of over $700,000 for the week ending March 4, 2000."

Additional information will be forthcoming in the near future.
