"During Q4 AERT's associates pulled off the nearly impossible task of simultaneously upgrading production facilities at the Junction and Springdale facilities, while keeping production at a relatively steady level. Each and every associate, at all levels of production, has participated on some level in this corporate quality and efficiency upgrade program, and we are very proud of them all," stated Joe G. Brooks added, "We are very excited by all of the improvements that were instituted during the fourth quarter of 1999. The benefits of these improvements, in both quality and efficiency, are now beginning to demonstrate results in this current period."
