Net income for the second quarter 1995 was $2,874,000, a decrease of less than 1/2% from the previous year's quarterly earnings of $2,889,000. Earnings per share for the company was $.39 in both the current and prior year's second quarter.

Sales for the first six-months of 1995 increased 43% to $117,034,000 from $82,154,000 in 1994. The increase in year-to-date sales is primarily the result of a 3% increase in sales volume combined with a 39% increase in selling prices.

Net income for the six months ended April 30, 1995 increased 26% to $6,933,000 ($0.94 per share) from $5,507,000 ($0.75 per share) in 1994.

The company is optimistic regarding its prospects and is aggressively implementing its expansion plans in Pennsylvania and the Midwest.
