AEP Industries discontinues dividend.SOUTH HACKENSACK, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 19, 1995--On Dec. 18, the board of directors of AEP AEP - Application Environment Profile Industries Inc. Established in 1971 by the National Association of Securities Dealers (NASD), NASDAQ is an automated quotation system that reports on : AEPI) voted to discontinue, until further notice, payment of the company's dividend. In making this decision, the board reaffirmed its confidence in the company's financial structure and noted that, historically, the reinvestment of funds into company operations has resulted in a far better return to the shareholder than paying dividends, which most often are double-taxed.
