AEP Industries announces final results of self-tender offer.


SOUTH HACKENSACK, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 15, 1995--AEP Industries Inc. announced today the final results of its offer to purchase up to 1,083,000 shares of its common stock at $22.75 per share, net to the seller in cash, which offer expired at 12:00 Midnight, New York City New York City: see New York, city.
