AEP Industries Inc. Completes Offering of $200 Million Senior Subordinated Notes Due 2007.


SOUTH HACKENSACK, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 19, 1997--AEP Industries Inc. (Nasdaq:AEPI) announced today that it has completed the previously announced offering of $200 million in aggregate principal amount of 9.875% Senior Subordinated Notes due November 15, 2007 (the "Notes"). The issue price was 99.224% resulting in an effective yield of 10%. The net proceeds Net Proceeds
