AEG, the world's leading sports and entertainment presenters, and Levy Restaurants and Wolfgang Puck Catering and Events announced an expansion of their existing relationships. Levy Restaurants has provided premium dining at AEG owned STAPLES CENTER since it opened in 1999, and Wolfgang Puck Catering and Events has provided full service catering and concessions for the Kodak Theatre and The Colosseum at Caesars Palace since 2001.

Under the new agreement, the partnership will cater to guests at prestigious AEG properties such as The Home Depot Center, The Colosseum at Caesars Palace and NOKIA Live at Grand Prairie as well as all guests at STAPLES Center and projects in development including new arenas within London's Millennium Dome and on a 50-acre site in the heart of downtown Berlin and NOKIA Theatre Los Angeles, a 7,000-seat theater in downtown Los Angeles Downtown Los Angeles is the central business district of Los Angeles, California, located close to the geographic center of the metropolitan area. The new Levy Restaurants and WPCE agreement with AEG includes providing food service for millions of guests annually. The new agreement immediately takes effect at the Home Depot Center to launch the 2004 JPMorgan Chase Open tennis championships featuring Levy Restaurants' signature cuisine in all the premium suites and boxes and Wolfgang Puck Catering and Events' introduction of Courtside Cuisine at the event's Tennis Village and at STAPLES Center in Los Angeles on August 1.

It was also announced that AEG, Levy Restaurants and Wolfgang Puck Catering and Events would ultimately create as a joint venture, a new company to oversee all aspects of this agreement and continue to explore and develop new business ventures and properties for the partnership.
