AEA 1995 Engineers Compensation Survey Shows Jump in Turnover Rate.

) 1995 Engineers Compensation Survey for Electronics and Information Technology Companies shows that the 1994 turnover rate for all engineers was 11.4 percent compared with 9.5 percent in 1993 and 9.7 percent in 1992.

This is the second of five annual surveys conducted for AEA by the National Survey Group of William M. Mercer Inc. In addition to turnover data, the report provides maturity curve analyses for both degreed de·greed

The report also shows that average expected starting offers to 1995 B.S. graduates ranged from $32,452 to $39,234 annually. Anticipated average starting offers for 1995 M.S. graduates ranged from $38,987 to $46,718. These figures compare with $32,163 to $38,504 for B.S. graduates in 1994 and $37,302 to $45,326 for M.S. graduates in 1994.
