: AD) announced that it has established a new subsidiary, ShopWise.com, to focus on the continuing development of ADVO's Internet-related business initiatives. The creation of this subsidiary represents the formal establishment of a business unit dedicated to the continuing growth and development of ADVO's Internet-related business ventures, including e-commerce e-commerce, commerce conducted over the Internet, most often via the World Wide Web.
