:AD) subsidiary, Super Coups, a leading co-op direct mail coupon company, today announced that it has acquired Yellow Jacket Franchise Corp.'s franchise system, one of the top co-op direct mail franchise companies in the U.S. As part of the transaction, Yellow Jacket's franchise system, with franchises located in California, Arizona, and Nevada, will become part of the Super Coups system. The move comes on the heels of another major expansion initiative in which The Liberty Corp.'s (NYSE:LC) subsidiary, Cosmos cosmos (kŏz`məs), any plant of the tropical American genus Cosmos of the family Asteraceae (aster family).
