WHAT:    A media luncheon where myHomeKey.com and its utility and
         energy services partner companies, KeySpan Corporation of
         Long Island and Brooklyn and TXU Energy Services of Dallas,
         will launch their co-branded, customized myHomeKey.com
         sites, giving busy consumers the advantage of convenient,
         round-the-clock, one-stop online access to home management.

         During the luncheon, myHomeKey.com will also describe the
         company's original business-to-business-to-consumer (B2B2C)
         model and demonstrate the time-saving features that
         differentiate the portal and answer American homeowners'
         unmet needs for online home management solutions.

         myHomeKey.com is a new Web portal offering a comprehensive
         range of more than 120 home management services in six key
         areas: home repair and upkeep; home monitoring and control;
         neighborhood and community notification; utility/energy
         services; purchased appliances and other home products; and
         move management.

         myHomeKey.com has joined with some of the most recognized
         names in home products and service management, including
         Carrier Corp., A&E Signature Service, The Home Service Store
         and SecurityVillage.com, to deliver quality services and
         products. In addition, the company is partnering with gas
         and electric utilities and energy services companies across
         the United States, such as KeySpan Corporation and TXU
         Energy Services, to provide their customers with the
         myHomeKey.com service, as well as to provide homeowners
         the ability to check the energy efficiency of their homes
         and gain timely neighborhood and community information and
         event schedules.

WHO:     Eric Zausner, president and CEO of myHomeKey.com
             Zausner has more than 25 years of senior level government
             and corporate experience. He served as deputy
             administrator of the Federal Energy Administration, the
             predecessor agency to the U.S. Department of Energy.

         Robert Catell, chairman and CEO of KeySpan Corporation of
         Long Island
             Catell is also chairman and CEO of KeySpan Energy
             Delivery, the former Brooklyn Union. KeySpan Corporation
             is a holding company including two utilities that
             distribute natural gas under the KeySpan Energy Delivery
             name to 1.6 million customers in New York City and
             on Long Island.
