WHAT:      iSyndicate, a leading provider of content syndication
           services and technologies on the Internet will hold a media
           conference on Wednesday, Oct. 11 at 11:30 am at its Third
           Annual Syndication Summit.

WHO:       Bob DuPuy, Executive Vice President, Major League Baseball,
           will discuss how Major League Baseball uses iSyndicate
           infrastructure and content to power its 30 affiliate sites.

           Peter Bichara, Vice President, Corporate Development,
           Bertelsmann AG, will discuss its recently launched joint

           solution, the "Private Syndication Network."
